Disabled Human Right Forum (DHRF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established by the persons with disabilities (Person with disabilities) on 26th May, 2013. It was registered at the District Administration Office (DAO) Nuwakot in 2013 and is also affiliated with Social Welfare Council (SWC), NGOs federation of Nepal, NFDN and Ministry of Social Development Bagamati Province, Hetauda Nepal.
